Quick answers
How fast do you reply?
We aim to reply within one to two business days. Keepsake is built by a small team in California, so weekends and US holidays slow the inbox down. If your message is urgent, say so in the subject line.
Is there a phone number?
Not today. Email is the fastest way to reach a real person, and it gives both sides a written record of anything technical. If we need to hop on a call to figure something out, we'll offer one in our reply.
Where do I send a privacy or data deletion request?
info@keepsakecares.com. Send it from the email tied to the account, write "Privacy request" or "Delete my account" in the subject, and we'll handle it under the terms described in our Privacy Policy.
