FAQ

How much does it cost?

Free. We don't charge for the app today, and there are no ads.

Why not just use Apple Notes or a group chat?

You can. Most caregivers already do. It works until there are multiple people helping and the information lives in three different apps. The folder pulls it together.

Is this a medical record?

No. It helps you keep track of care, but it isn't a clinical record and isn't HIPAA-protected. For a hospital-grade record, ask your provider.

Who can see what's in the folder?

Only you and the people you've added to your loved one's profile. You set whether each person can view, edit, or has full ownership.

What happens if I delete my account?

Your data is removed within 60 days. Backups roll off after that under the storage provider's default window.

Is Keepsake on Android?

Not yet — Keepsake is iPhone-only today. The Android version is in active development; join the Android waitlist and we'll email when it's ready.
